Because you’re using double-sided pads, no backup pad is required. You can detach them just as quickly, which makes changing pads much less disruptive – instead, you can concentrate on achieving the best finish on your car or boat. The adaptor also automatically centers the pad on the polisher, eliminating vibration or wobbling. This makes the entire compounding and polishing process easier and less tiring, helping cut down on sling and mess.
